Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Secure the Security Tag
Ensure the Collector's Cage security tag remains attached and the item is in its original condition; removed tags will void the return eligibility.
Pack and Label
Place the item in its original designer packaging and shipping box, then attach the pre-paid shipping label provided in your return confirmation email.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of inspection.
